Cashcascade^® - Terms & Condition of Entry

1. Players
1. You must be aged 18 or over to play.
1. We will ask you to verify that you are over eighteen years of age. Underage betting is illegal and in the event that you do not provide verification your entry will be declined.
2. Any players who we subsequently discover to be under age will have their entries terminated, stakes refunded; any prizes due will not be awarded.
2. You must provide accurate entry information including your name, address, telephone number (and email address where available).
1. It is your responsibility to advise us of changes to this information so that we may contact you if you win a prize.
2. Number selection
1. You must choose 5 unique numbers between 1 and 59.
2. Decide on the sequence of the balls, starting with your luckiest numbers first.
3. These numbers will normally remain the same for the entire period of play unless:
1. You elect to change them.
1. Amendments to numbers must be made in writing quoting your name, address, player reference number and the new set of five numbers to be used, listed in preference order.
1. Allow twenty-eight days for number change requests to be processed.
2. We decide to offer you an alternative set of numbers.
1. We will notify you in advance of any change.
1. You may accept the alternative numbers, or choose another set of numbers.
4. We may decline entries based on certain number sets, in which case you will be offered a suggested alternative, or may choose another set.
3. How to win
1. The New York State Lottery "Lotto" draws six main numbers, plus a bonus number each Thursday at 4.21 a.m. GMT.
1. The "bonus ball" is irrelevant for the purposes of determining Cashcascade^® winners.
2. Match all five of your lucky numbers against any of the six main numbers chosen to win the Cashcascade^® Match5 Prize.
3. Match the first four of your five numbers against any of the six main numbers chosen to win the Cashcascade^® Match4 Prize.
4. Match the first three of your five numbers against any of the six main numbers chosen to win the Cashcascade^® Match3 Prize.
4. Prizes
1. £1 entry - Match3: £10, Match4: £1,000 and Match5: £25,000.
2. £2 entry - Match3: £20, Match4: £2,000 and Match5: £50,000.
3. Limitation:
1. We reserve the right to limit the total prize payout in any draw:
1. For Match4 prizes: £20,000.00
2. For Match5 prizes: £250,000.00
1. In the event that a limit is applied the prize pool will be shared equally amongst all winners.
5. Free prize draws
1. Players with current, paid Cashcascade^® entries are eligible to enter such free prize draws as we may, from time to time, make available. No further payment is required.
1. Quarterly seasonal draw:
1. All qualifying players will be entered into a random draw four times per year. One player per draw will receive a cash prize of £500.00.
2. "Birthday Booster":
1. Qualifying players who elect to register their date of birth will be entered into a random draw during their birthday week. One player per draw will receive a cash prize of £100.00.
6. Payment
1. The cost of each entry is either £1 or £2 per week payable monthly in advance.
2. Must be in advance by one of the payment methods permitted.
3. Payments are processed by Cashcascade Limited on behalf of the licence holder.
4. We accept no responsibility for charges imposed by Banks on inadequately funded accounts.
5. Requests to cancel direct debit instructions must be received at least ten working days in advance of the next collection date, citing the relevant lucky player reference number.
7. Entry
1. We will confirm proof of receipt of entry by letter.
2. You will be entered into the draw from the first day of the next month from receipt of first payment.
3. You will not be entering the New York Lottery "Lotto" but selecting numbers predicting its outcome.
4. No responsibility is taken for application forms lost, delayed, or damaged in the post and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. We accept no responsibility if a payment is cancelled in error, or is refused by your bank or credit card provider.
6. Entry to the draw is dependant upon payment.
7. As a responsible operator we will monitor individual accounts and provide guidance where it appears appropriate.
8. Entry to Cashcascade^® implies full and complete acceptance of all the terms conditions as stated.
9. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
8. Draw
1. The winning numbers are any five of the six main numbers drawn from the Wednesday New York State Lottery "Lotto" draw, each and every Wednesday (except Christmas Day).
2. The numbers will be checked every Thursday and prizes will be awarded as outlined in section 3 and 4. In the event that the New York Lottery "Lotto" draw does not take place:
1. In a given week: entries will be carried forward to the next draw.
2. Or, is permanently suspended, either at our sole discretion:
1. Winning numbers will be determined by reference to another draw with identical or better odds OR
2. Cashcascade^® will be suspended and any advance payment refunded.
3. The result of each draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. In the event of a win no claim is required. Winners will automatically be notified by post.
5. Match5 winners agree to use of their name and photograph in promotional material.
9. Winning Numbers
1. Will be published on the Cashcascade^® website: www.cashcascade.org

10. The programme
1. Is a lottery-style game owned and operated by 121 Fundraising Limited, for the benefit of charities and other good causes, licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission under licence number 000-001270-R-103837-001 www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk
2. We reserve the right to stop the programme by giving one month's notice.
3. We may reject any application without giving reason.
4. Monies paid in advance are not refundable.
5. We would be grateful if you would confirm in writing your intention to withdraw from the programme.
6. Cancellation instructions will be processed within fourteen days from receipt.
7. At least 45% of each entry will be paid directly to the player's nominated good cause.
