Who helps when a group of people want to set up a charity or a voluntary group? Who helps them find funding, volunteers or information about how to go about registering as a charity? Answer: Telford and Wrekin CVS.

Volunteers wearing hard hats CVS is a registered charity which exists to give practical help and advice on all aspects or starting or running a not for profit organisation. Based in Wellington, it employs a team of specialists who look for sources of funding and volunteers, give advice on marketing, employment law, governance, financial management, volunteer management, IT and generally anything a "business" needs to know in order to survive and thrive.

This work is NOT funded by the Council. It relies on donations, funding from trusts and grants-aid. Please help CVS to continue this vital service for charities in Telford.
